Groundworks New Mexico seeks a Director of Advancement to lead development, marketing/communications, volunteer engagement, and events, supervising three managers. You will set fundraising strategy, strengthen donor and corporate relationships, and expand statewide reach, with a focus on driving engagement.

The role requires 5+ years in nonprofit leadership, 3+ years managing teams, and strong CRM/data skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in nonprofit leadership or management roles.
• 3+ years managing teams with supervision of multiple managers.
• Strong fundraising track record and donor relationship development.
• Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates across programs and operations to align messaging, volunteers, partnerships, donor records, and acknowledgments with organizational needs.
• Leads three managers, supports hiring and performance management, and models respect, compassion, and family-centered care.
