Job summary

Temporal Technologies is seeking a leader to build and guide a Developer Advocacy team in North America. You will mentor senior advocates, craft talks and demos, and shape programs that reach developers across communities and partners.

A strong voice in prioritizing events and content will help Temporal gain awareness and adoption. You will travel 30–40% and may work remotely in the US, with frequent involvement in the Bay Area ecosystem to bring back insights.

Qualifications

• Experience leading developer advocacy teams.
• Proven ability to create engaging technical content.
• Ability to drive programs across communities and partners.
• Strong communication and collaboration with product/engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Developer Advocates across North America.
• Co-develop talks, demos, and content to empower developers to adopt Temporal.
• Define operating cadence for events, content pipelines, and community programs.
• Set strategy to grow Temporal's developer awareness through third‑party channels.
• Measure impact: engagement, retention, and adoption metrics, tie to product impact.
