Job summary

Showcify, Inc. is seeking a leader to build and run the Developer Advocacy team across North America, shaping how developers learn about Temporal and begin using it. You will manage senior advocates, contribute directly, and influence event strategy, partnerships, and content to grow adoption.

The role reports to executives and requires frequent travel to Bay Area ecosystems, with the option for US remote work and travel to the Bay Area as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a working software engineer and owning production systems on-call.
• Senior-level developer advocacy experience with credibility in technical communities.
• People management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Developer Advocates in North America.
• Co-develop talks, review demos, and help advocates find their stage and voice.
• Set operating cadence for advocacy work and partner with Product/Engineering/Marketing.
