Stratagon is a growth and marketing agency focused on helping higher education, agriculture, and other clients accelerate strategy, marketing, and technology work. We seek a builder who can own delivery across our services—from planning to execution—and shape the systems, standards, and team structure needed to scale.

You will diagnose what is broken, lead a centralized PM function, and influence clients and internal teams to adopt new, repeatable ways of working.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading service delivery or agency operations.
• 3+ years leading other leaders.
• HubSpot fluency or comparable platform.
• Consultant's instinct for diagnosing what is broken and fixing it.
• Fluency in both waterfall and agile or iterative delivery.
• Experience managing mixed internal and contractor delivery.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build delivery outcomes across agency services from the ground up, owning requirements, schedules, budgets, and quality.
• Build and stand up program-level reporting on utilization, resourcing, and project health.
• Lead and grow the centralized Project Management function, expanding ownership to risk, issue, and change management.
• Lead Creative, Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams with a standardized, predictable delivery cadence.
• Partner with the Technology practice to deliver a unified, coherent plan for multi-function engagements.
• Build work breakdown structures and estimation standards for repeatable engagements.
• Create a pre-vetted bench of contractors and partner firms to flex capacity.
• Influence clients and prospects directly when delivery credibility matters to a win.
• Influence and rally peers around new ways of working, not just new org charts.
