Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of related experience, or 13 years combined education and work experience with 9+ years in related work.
• Minimum of 3 years managerial, supervisory and/or work leadership experience
• Tactical experience with at least one data visualization tool
• Experience designing and developing advanced dashboards/reports and data visualizations
• Expert knowledge of data visualization approaches and data storytelling

Responsibilities

• Lead the work of multiple visualization teams to develop dashboards and reports.
• Partner with senior leadership to enable data-informed decisions.
• Develop best practices for BI dashboards, publishing dashboards/reports, training on tool usage.
• Ensure QA and a consistent quality assurance process for data models and visuals.
• Ensure templates, standards and themes are intuitive for business users.
• Provide actionable insights and access to ad-hoc analysis and self-service BI.
