KS is seeking a visionary Director of IS & Data Strategy to lead the design, governance, and optimization of information systems across a growing multi-entity manufacturing organization. The role partners with executive leadership to deliver a unified platform spanning Infor SyteLine, HubSpot, Shopify, and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3-8 years of progressive experience in business systems, enterprise applications, IT strategy, analytics, or technology leadership.
• Experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects and influencing stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year technology and data strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Own Enterprise Systems & Architecture and the strategic roadmap for ERP, CRM, Shopify, reporting platforms, and future applications.
• Build and lead a modern Information Systems department from the ground up.
• Establish governance, standards, processes, documentation, and best practices across all enterprise systems.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and business stakeholders; communicate strategy to technical and non-technical audiences.
