Zeta Global is seeking a strategic, client-facing Director to join our ZX Data Science & Analytics team. This role blends marketing measurement, data storytelling, and applied analytics to inform client strategy and drive measurable outcomes.

You will lead analytics initiatives, mentor analysts, and partner with Sales, Client Services, and Operations to scale best practices. Remote-based from the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytics, marketing measurement or data science with client impact.
• Proven ability to translate analytics into compelling stories and actions for clients.
• Strong client-facing skills and stakeholder management.
• 3+ years in analytics leadership with team management.
• Expertise in analytics domains and sharing knowledge with others.
• Proficient with Python, SQL, Tableau; experience with ML/AI models.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred in related fields.
• Experience in Retail, Financial Services, Telecom, or Travel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead with storytelling to connect insights to client priorities and actions.
• Shape client analytics strategy and advise on acquisition, retention, LTV, media.
• Apply best-in-class measurement and explain model implications to clients.
• Scale repeatable analytics frameworks and best practices across engagements.
• Manage and develop a team of analysts with coaching and performance feedback.
• Lead analytics initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Partner with Sales, Client Services, and other teams to deliver analytics solutions.
