Dallas Independent School District is seeking an Executive Director (226 Days) to lead data analysis, reporting, and accountability initiatives. You will oversee data products, annual reports, and the district's reporting tools, guiding decisions with rigorous statistics and research methods.

The role requires advanced degrees and extensive experience in statistics and evaluation, with responsibility for budgeting and supervising the Office of Institutional Research staff.

Formación

• Master's degree in a relevant field required; Ph.D. preferred.
• 10+ years of experience with 5+ years in statistics or related field.
• Capable of independent work, meeting deadlines, and communicating across audiences.
• Strong report writing with technical precision and clarity.
• Experience manipulating data in databases such as MS Access or Oracle.

Responsabilidades

• Direct data compilation and analysis for district planning and accountability, emphasizing value-added measures.
• Oversee design and dissemination of reporting on statistical research and evaluation.
• Manage rules interpretation, data collection/storage, statistics, scores, and reporting tools for evaluations.
• Coordinate annual school-based summaries and STAAR/College Readiness reporting.
• Oversee website and portal data presentation to ensure timely and relevant information.
• Interpret rules and provide data-driven decision support for state/federal accountability outcomes.
• Manage department budget and supervise Office of Institutional Research staff.
