Job summary

Fort Worth Independent School District seeks an Administrative Assistant III – Office or Program to lead data literacy, dashboards, and real-time data insights across campuses and central offices.

You will oversee design and implementation of local assessments aligned to TEKS and state standards, coordinating with CURRICULUM & INSTRUCTION, and enabling leaders to make data-driven instructional decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of data analytics, accountability, performance monitoring, or related leadership experience in education.
• Experience leading dataliteracy initiatives, dashboards, and data visualization efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead districtwide dashboards and data visualization systems for real-time insights.
• Establish standards for dashboard design and reporting for clarity and usability.
• Build capacity of leaders to interpret data and monitor performance to drive decisions.
• Ensure coherence between curriculum, instruction, and assessment systems with data tools.
