Wagstaff Law Firm is seeking a Director of Data Operations to own case and claimant data end to end. This hands-on leadership role will guide the data team, manage the implementation/onboarding function, and shape the future of AI and automation across our data stack.

You will lead data cleanup, build robust architecture, and ensure reporting informs leadership decisions, while aligning with the firm’s growth trajectory.

Qualificações

• 6+ years leading data operations, data quality, or data engineering.
• Deep command of data architecture, APIs, and system integrations with CRM experience.
• Expert-level Excel; ability to model, audit, and stress test large data sets.
• Proven experience with AI and automation; knowledge of what to build vs. hype.
• Management experience with hands-on technical depth to direct work when needed.
• Comfort in fast-moving environments; balancing current fixes with future growth.
• Experience with legal CRM and case management platforms (Litify, Salesforce for legal, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, etc.) is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own data cleanup, auditing, and quality across case and claimant data with a backlog plan.
• Design and build data architecture: APIs, integrations, and CRM stack.
• Model, audit, and pressure test large data sets for actionable reporting.
• Set the roadmap for AI and automation to reduce manual work.
• Lead and develop the data team, including onboarding/implementation leadership.
• Anticipate data operation needs to stay ahead of firm growth.
