Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Director of Product Management for the Data Intelligence Foundation. This role leads the PM discipline across the Foundational Layer—Files, Ontology, Data Capabilities, Knowledge/Metadata, and Query Plane—driving scalable, high-performance AI-enabled legal data solutions.

You will partner with multiple engineering orgs to define primitives, establish SLAs, and create a unified data model that powers Relativity's AI workflows and products.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management; 5+ years leading platform or infrastructure PM teams.
• Fluency with data platform primitives, including storage systems, metadata layers, knowledge graphs, query engines, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the full PM layer across multiple engineering orgs.
• Define storage primitives: Files / Natives and ensure accessible data with SLAs and API surface.
• Define Ontology / Relationship layer for entities, relationships, and contracts.
• Oversee Data Capabilities: Reporting, Audit, and internal data infrastructure.
• Lead Knowledge / Metadata model and unified materialized document layer.
• Oversee Query Plane: unified retrieval with lexical + vector, ingestion APIs, tiered storage.
