Odyssey Logistics seeks a Director, Data Governance to own enterprise data stewardship, quality, compliance, and AI readiness. The role builds a federated governance framework across divisions, delivering reliable KPIs, governed master data, cataloging, and guardrails for production AI/ML.

You will partner with data engineering and data science to elevate data as a business enabler, driving standards, lineage, and governance workflows across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field; MS/MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in enterprise data architecture or governance.
• Experience scaling an enterprise data governance program.

Responsabilidades

• Architect enterprise federated governance model across divisions.
• Define and enforce master data standards (Customer, Carrier, Lane, Equipment, Facility).
• Roll out metadata cataloging and data lineage across sources.
• Lead data quality monitoring with SLAs and incident playbooks.
• Establish Enterprise Business Glossary and KPI certification.
• Set governance policies for AI/ML pipelines and data lineage.
• Collaborate with Security/Legal on retention and regulatory compliance.
• Lead a team of 4–6 data governance professionals.
