Qualifications

• 16+ years of total experience with account delivery leadership.
• Strong experience in delivering data engineering and analytics programs.
• Prior experience with CPG clients mandatory.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Proven record of managing large onsite/offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Own overall delivery for large strategic CPG accounts.
• Ensure successful execution of programs/projects.
• Drive governance with internal and client stakeholders.
• Manage account-level P&L, ensuring growth and margin.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders across the CPG domain.
