Job summary

Nadia Care in the United States is seeking a Director of Data Analytics & Outcomes Research to build and lead analytics from data architecture through outcomes measurement and client reporting. You will supervise a small team of data scientists, analysts, and HEOR specialists, partnering with Engineering and Product to turn insights into actions for payers and members.

You are a seasoned leader with 8–12+ years in analytics/HEOR, fluent in statistical tools, and comfortable in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• PhD or Master's in data analytics, HEOR, or related field.
• 8–12 years in analytics/HEOR leadership.
• Experience with payer-facing or value-based care.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics team on data architecture, integration, analyses and reporting.
• Outcomes measurement and ROI modeling for payers.
• Health economics and outcomes research to demonstrate program value.
• Ensure analyses are accurate, repeatable, and well-governed.
• Define metric definitions and guardrails for dashboards/reporting.
• Build and lead a team of data scientists, analysts, and outcomes researchers.
