Iridium is seeking a Director of Business Development in the PNT organization to lead growth in privileged access management, identity security, and zero-trust markets. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field OR equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in security, cybersecurity, technology partnership, or business development.
• Experience in PAM/IAM vendor ecosystem and established high-level connections within target partners.
• Ability to interface with management teams at all levels and drive executive discussions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with Tier-1 PAM, identity, and zero-trust vendors to expand the partner ecosystem.
• Manage strategic alliances and secure high-value partnerships generating long-term revenue.
• Negotiate integration and commercial agreements including API access and co-marketing terms.
• Oversee partnership lifecycle activities such as LOIs, pilots, and milestones.
• Analyze partner use cases and architecture to validate market fit for satellite-based authentication.
• Lead go-to-market modeling and executive reporting on partnerships and revenue potential.
