Job summary

Iridium is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Project Authentic, a direct‑to‑device platform, balancing hardware, software, and partner workstreams. You will translate business and technical requirements into actionable plans and drive milestones across hardware, APIs, and cloud orchestration.

You will align product strategy with customer value, collaborate with engineering and external partners, and guide pricing, packaging, and go‑to‑market decisions for both government and commercial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in the cybersecurity industry.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
• Ability to build relationships with senior leadership, partners and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to analyze complex problems and deliver from concept to execution.
• Strong judgment, creativity and resourcefulness to advance product initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage advancement of Project Authentic across hardware, software, and integrations while aligning with strategic objectives.
• Develop roadmap inputs and specifications for features, APIs, cloud orchestration, and partner integrations.
• Define requirements through market discovery with engineering, business development and partners; set clear priorities.
• Set acceptance criteria, KPIs and release milestones; track progress via sprint planning and coordination.
• Analyze technical and market factors to inform trade-offs and product decisions for leadership.
• Engage with partners and engineers on API/SDK development and hyperscaler alignment.
• Coordinate readiness across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and operations for timelines.
• Assess pricing, packaging, and go-to-market decisions using competitive and customer insights.
• Create product documentation and collateral for marketing, sales and partners.
• Support business development with technical presentations and stakeholder coordination.
