Job summary

Penske is seeking a Director of Customer Data and Insights to lead data strategy, analytics, and CRM platforms across the Digital Fleet organization. You will drive a 360-degree view of customers, integrate signals from website engagement, marketing, product usage, and post-sales data, and shape governance and reporting to boost retention and revenue.

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, marketing, data or CS required.
• 10+ years in CRM administration, Revenue Operations, or analytics.
• 5+ years in people management or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HubSpot CRM implementation, administration, and optimization.
• Own customer data strategy, governance, and 360° data model across platforms.
• Design scalable dashboards and reporting for Sales, Product, CS, and executives.
• Partner with CS, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to standardize metrics.
