Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in customer service, sales, retail operations, telecommunications, or related industry.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-location teams and developing leaders.
• Strong business acumen with experience in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Experience analyzing customer, sales, and operational data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to inspire teams and achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for retail sales, business sales, operator services, and customer support operations.
• Develop and execute customer care and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve satisfaction.
