Salary: $120,000-140,000 per year

Other Forms of Compensation: 20% bonus eligibility

We are seeking a Director of Culinary Implementation to lead change through continuous improvement and strategic initiatives, collaborating with senior leadership to drive national performance and scale best practices.

Summary

The Director of Culinary Implementation will shape the future of TouchPoint Support Services by partnering with senior culinary and operations leaders to implement emerging technologies, drive performance excellence, and scale innovative solutions. This role involves implementing new kitchen technologies, culinary standards, and ensuring sustainable success across the organization. We seek a collaborative leader with the ability to inspire teams, lead initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operationalize Culinary Technology: Focus on UNOX EVEREO deployments, ensuring they meet operational and financial targets, and train leaders nationally.
• Culinary Excellence: Maintain culinary standards, develop processes for continuous improvement, and support new product rollouts.
• Leading Business Analyses: Collaborate with leadership on strategic discussions and conduct data-driven analyses to address business challenges.
• Data Product Adoption: Lead the adoption and evolution of operational and culinary data solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Culinary Arts Degree or BS in Hospitality Management; or 7+ years food service management experience.
• Proven leadership in culinary or operational roles with strategic financial impact.
• Experience with culinary technologies, cross-functional projects, and strong communication skills.
• Leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
