Salary: $120,000-140,000 per year

20% bonus eligibility

Reports To: SVP, Strategic, Analytics, & Performance Excellence

Schedule: Full-time; requires about 50-60% travel. This is a remote position, ideally based in Milwaukee, WI, Chicago, IL, Indianapolis, IN, Nashville, TN, Austin, TX, Pensacola, FL, or Birmingham, AL.

TouchPoint Support Services, established in 2011 with over 14,000 team members nationwide, is seeking a highly skilled Director of Culinary Implementation to lead strategic initiatives, drive performance, and implement emerging technologies across our operations. This role involves collaboration with senior leadership to scale best practices and improve operational and financial outcomes.

Summary:

The Director will partner with culinary and operations leaders to implement new technologies, develop culinary standards, and lead national initiatives. The role requires a strategic, collaborative leader capable of inspiring teams and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operationalize Culinary Technology:
    • Lead the deployment of UNOX EVEREO and other culinary technologies nationally.
    • Ensure new deployments meet operational and financial targets.
    • Train and educate operational and culinary leaders to ensure ongoing performance improvement.
  2. Culinary Excellence:
    • Maintain culinary standards and foster continuous improvement.
    • Identify and scale best practices nationally.
    • Implement corporate and regional programs based on standards.
    • Develop operational plans to meet contractual obligations.
    • Provide training to ensure high-quality food service.
    • Innovate and test new processes and technologies for scaling.
    • Support new product rollouts and business growth.
  3. Business Analysis and Strategy:
    • Collaborate with senior leaders on strategic discussions.
    • Conduct analyses to identify opportunities and support data-driven decisions.
    • Align financial and operational goals with client expectations.
  4. Data Product Adoption:
    • Lead the adoption of operational and culinary data tools.
    • Bridge departments to align solutions with business needs.
    • Leverage insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Culinary Arts Degree or BS in Hospitality Management; or 7+ years of food service management experience.
  • 10+ years in culinary or operational leadership, with a focus on financial initiatives.
  • Experience with culinary and operational technologies.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and strategic skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
