Salary: $120,000-140,000 per year

Bonus Eligibility: 20%

Reports To: SVP, Strategic, Analytics, & Performance Excellence

Position Details: Full-time, remote position with 50-60% travel. Ideally based in Milwaukee, WI; Chicago, IL; Indianapolis, IN; Nashville, TN; Austin, TX; Pensacola, FL; Birmingham, AL.

TouchPoint Support Services, established in 2011 with over 14,000 team members nationwide, offers a proven, standardized operating platform focused on efficiency and transformative change. We seek a Director of Culinary Implementation to lead strategic initiatives, collaborate with senior leadership, and drive performance improvements across our operations.

Summary: As the Director, you will shape the future of TouchPoint by partnering with culinary and operational leaders to implement emerging technologies, enhance performance, and scale solutions. This role involves managing change at scale, from kitchen technologies like UNOX EVEREO to culinary standards, ensuring sustainable success and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operationalize Culinary Technology:
    • Lead national deployment of UNOX EVEREO and other culinary technologies.
    • Ensure new culinary deployments meet operational and financial targets.
    • Train and educate operational and culinary leaders to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement.
  2. Culinary Excellence:
    • Establish and uphold culinary standards, develop processes for ongoing improvement.
    • Identify and scale best practices nationally.
    • Support the rollout of new products and programs, and support business growth.
  3. Business Analysis and Strategy:
    • Collaborate with leadership on strategic discussions.
    • Conduct analyses to identify opportunities and support data-driven decisions.
    • Align financial and operational goals to exceed client expectations.
  4. Data Product Adoption:
    • Lead the adoption of operational and culinary data products.
    • Coordinate between departments to ensure solutions meet needs and align with business goals.
    • Leverage insights to improve operational efficiency.
  5. Qualifications:
    • Culinary Arts Degree or BS in Hospitality Management; 7+ years in food service management or equivalent experience.
    • 10+ years in culinary or operational leadership, with a focus on strategic initiatives.
    • Strong culinary, operational, and financial skills.
    • Experience with culinary technologies, cross-functional projects, and leadership.
    • Excellent communication and strategic thinking capabilities.
