Salary: $120,000-140,000 per year

Bonus: 20% eligibility

Reports To: SVP, Strategic, Analytics, & Performance Excellence

Schedule: Full-time; approximately 50-60% travel. Remote position, ideally based in Milwaukee, WI, Chicago, IL, Indianapolis, IN, Nashville, TN, Austin, TX, Pensacola, FL, or Birmingham, AL.

We seek a highly skilled Director of Culinary Implementation to lead strategic initiatives, collaborate with senior leadership, and drive national performance improvements.

Summary: As Director of Culinary Implementation, you will shape the future of TouchPoint by partnering with culinary and operations leaders to implement technologies, promote performance excellence, and scale innovative solutions. You will lead initiatives from modern kitchen tech like UNOX EVEREO to culinary standards that improve performance and client satisfaction. We seek a collaborative leader who inspires teams, manages national projects, and delivers measurable results in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operationalize Culinary Technology: Deploy UNOX EVEREO across the nation, ensure operational and financial targets are met, and train leaders for continuous improvement.
  2. Culinary Excellence: Maintain culinary standards, develop processes, scale best practices, and support new product rollouts.
  3. Business Analysis & Strategy: Work with senior leaders on strategic discussions, analyze data to identify opportunities, and align goals to exceed client expectations.
  4. Data Product Adoption: Lead the adoption of culinary and operational data tools, ensuring solutions meet departmental needs and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Culinary Arts Degree or BS in Hospitality Management, or 7+ years in food service management (experience can substitute for degree).
  • 10+ years in culinary/operational leadership, with a focus on financial initiatives and results.
  • Expertise in culinary and operational technologies, cross-functional project management, and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
