  • Salary: $120,000-140,000 per year
  • Bonus Eligibility: 20%
  • Reports To: SVP, Strategic, Analytics, & Performance Excellence
  • Schedule: Full-time; approximately 50-60% travel; remote position based in Milwaukee, WI; Chicago, IL; Indianapolis, IN; Nashville, TN; Austin, TX; Pensacola, FL; Birmingham, AL.

We seek a Director of Culinary Implementation to lead strategic initiatives that improve financial and operational outcomes, working closely with senior leadership to scale best practices across our operations.

Role Summary

This leadership role involves implementing emerging technologies, driving performance excellence, and scaling innovative solutions. You will collaborate with culinary and operational leaders to deploy technologies like UNOX EVEREO, develop culinary standards, and lead national initiatives to enhance performance and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strategic, collaborative leader with experience in culinary and operational management, capable of inspiring teams and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operationalize Culinary Technology:
    • Lead the deployment of UNOX EVEREO and other culinary technologies nationwide.
    • Ensure new culinary deployments meet operational and financial targets.
    • Train operational and culinary leaders to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement.
  2. Culinary Excellence:
    • Maintain culinary standards and foster continuous improvement.
    • Identify and scale best practices nationally.
    • Implement corporate and regional programs based on standards.
    • Develop operational plans to meet contractual obligations.
    • Provide training to ensure high-quality food service.
    • Test and iterate new processes and technologies for standardization.
    • Support new product and program rollouts and business growth.
  3. Business Analysis and Strategy:
    • Collaborate with senior leaders on strategic discussions.
    • Conduct analyses to address business challenges and opportunities.
    • Align financial and operational goals to exceed client expectations.
  4. Data Product Adoption:
    • Lead the adoption of operational and culinary data products.
    • Act as a bridge between departments to ensure solutions meet needs.
    • Leverage data insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Culinary Arts Degree or BS in Hospitality Management; 7+ years in food service management may substitute.
  • 10+ years in culinary or operational leadership, with strategic financial experience.
  • Proven success in implementing culinary and operational technologies.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and strategic skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
