Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a Manager, Critical Operations to lead the Data Center facility technical strategy and continuous improvement. You will oversee electrical, mechanical, life safety, and DCIM platforms, collaborating with Engineering on daily needs, and managing strategic projects and site improvements.

On-site role requires presence to support a 24x7x365 environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with data center infrastructure, safety standards, and cross-functional teams,

Responsibilities

• Maintain and implement facility policies and procedures per senior management and policy requirements.
• Develop maintenance governance and procedures to ensure 100% uptime of all mechanical, electrical, life safety, monitoring, and control systems.
• Plan and manage emergency response, incident reporting, and long-range operations plans for cost control and safety.
