Job summary

Cornerstone Church is seeking a Creative Programming Director who is equal parts visionary, builder, and collaborator. You will lead a team to develop impactful ideas for weekend worship experiences, conferences, and events, while building and mobilizing volunteer creative teams.

We value a hands-on leader who can bring ideas to life in a fast-paced church environment, partnering with Worship and Production teams to deliver thoughtful, innovative experiences that align with Cornerstone’s mission.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a church creative programming/leadership role.
• Proven leadership experience with staff and volunteers.
• A portfolio of completed creative projects showing personal contributions and execution.
• Strong organization and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative collaboration across departments to develop impactful ideas.
• Recruit, develop, and mobilize volunteer creative teams.
• Oversee ideation, development, and execution of creative elements for worship experiences and events.
• Collaborate with Worship, Production, Video, and other teams to ensure excellence in execution.
• Balance creative ambition with budgets, timelines, and available resources.
