Job summary

Cornerstone Church is seeking a Producer to architect the sound of Cornerstone Worship and translate weekly visions into what the room hears and feels. The role integrates volunteer development, training, and leadership across worship teams to deliver Sunday experiences that reflect the church's mission.

This is a full-time, in-house position where volunteers self-manage through a broad creative scope, demanding resourcefulness, collaboration, and a shared faith-based commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Role requires leadership, vision, and ability to work with volunteers.
• Experience in music direction or worship settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and direction of Cornerstone Worship.
• Serve as Music Director for Sunday morning gatherings.
• Lead musical execution of the Worship Director's vision, including arrangements and real-time direction of the band.
• Coordinate all aspects of Sunday morning musical execution (scheduling, resourcing, playback).
• Develop strategies to broaden and improve Cornerstone's musical expression over time.
• Articulate and advocate for the direction of Cornerstone's sound.
• Design scalable musical systems (arrangements, playback, rehearsal process) for an all-volunteer band.
• Collaborate with the worship development pipeline on musicianship and skill development.
