Job summary

Real Life Christian Church in Clermont, FL seeks a Creative Projects Coordinator to join the Arts & Experience Department. This role leads planning, timelines and cross-team coordination to move creative ministry initiatives from vision to execution with excellence.

The ideal candidate is proactive, relational, and thrives in collaborative environments, building scalable processes and SOPs and supporting weekend experiences across campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years of project management, operations, event coordination or ministry leadership.
• Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and commitment to serving in a Christ-centered environment.
• Member of Real Life Christian Church adhering to the Real Life Membership Covenant.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution for Arts & Experience initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day creative oversight for events and special projects (Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Special Sundays, guest speaker weekends and more).
• Develop project timelines, milestones, deliverables and communication plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving worship, production, social media, teaching team, communications and guest experience.
• Keep projects moving through proactive follow-up and accountability.
• Keep leadership informed of project status, risks and priorities.
