Job summary

Real Life Christian Church is seeking a highly organized Creative Projects Coordinator for its Clermont Campus to serve in the Arts & Experience Department. You will move creative ministry initiatives from vision to execution, coordinating worship, production, social media and guest experience while building scalable processes and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years of project management, operations, event coordination or ministry leadership experience.
• Experience building and implementing systems, workflows or SOPs.
• Demonstrated ability in a creative discipline (worship, A/V, production, photography, social media, graphic design, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution for Arts & Experience initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day creative oversight for events and special projects.
• Develop project timelines, milestones, deliverables and communication plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving worship, production, social media, teaching team, communications and guest experience.
• Train staff, ministry leaders and volunteers on department systems.
