Job summary

Heights Church is seeking a Creative Arts Pastor to provide spiritual oversight and leadership for all service elements. You will shepherd the Creative Arts Team and oversee worship, communications, audio, video, lighting, and talks integration within the discipleship process.

The right candidate will lead with a shepherding heart, prioritize teamwork, and bring a vision for creative, excellent weekend gatherings that communicate the Gospel.
