Qualifications

• BS required in construction, cost or related field with strong academic record.
• 9–12 years in cost and commercial management with leadership experience.
• MRICS/AssocRICS or CCP/CEP/CPE or equivalent is preferred.
• Proven business development and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult executive-level clients, presenting value and expanding services.
• Grow revenue by expanding offerings within existing clients.
• Recruit and develop diverse team members for growth.
• Partner with service lines to deliver integrated project delivery.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals; ensure quality of cost estimates.
• Oversee team output and coach for high performance.
• Lead strategy for business development and marketing.
