Cumming Group is seeking a Director of Cost & Commercial Management for our Los Angeles office. You will lead a growing team, own client relationships, and drive revenue through strategic cost management and business development.

The role requires 9–12 years in cost & commercial management, 5+ years leading client expectations, and a BS in a construction-related field with MRICS/AssocRICS or equivalent certification preferred. Salary range reflects senior leadership responsibility.

Qualifications

• BS degree in construction-related field or equivalent.
• Professional accreditation (MRICS/AssocRICS/CCP/CEP/CPE) preferred.
• 9–12 years in cost & commercial management; 5+ years leading client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Consult executive-level clientele and expand services and revenue.
• Recruit, train and develop a diverse, high-performing team.
• Lead fee proposals, negotiate professional services agreements.
• Ensure QA of cost estimates and project profitability.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership and clients.
• Oversee performance of the cost & commercial management team.
