Job summary

Catalyst Brands in Dallas is seeking a Real Estate Senior Manager who will review and negotiate real estate and site development opportunities, including leases, amendments, and related agreements, while guiding the company’s asset portfolio and real estate strategy.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, Store Construction, and Operations to craft proformas, manage due diligence, and ensure timely action dates across all projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years negotiating retail LOIs and leases and related real estate documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Lucernex preferred.
• College degree in finance, accounting, business administration, architecture/engineering or related field; law degree or MBA desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate all real estate and site development opportunities, including leases, amendments, and related agreements.
• Lead development of long-range strategic real estate plans with senior management.
• Prepare materials for Real Estate Committee meetings and present proposals to senior leadership.
• Create and maintain reports to track critical action dates and asset protection.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Store Construction and Operations on real estate projects.
• Coordinate with landlords, developers and store teams on new store development and portfolio management.
• Negotiate leases, REAs, consent agreements, purchase/sale agreements, and related documents.
