Job summary

Harwood International is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to support commercial real estate development from pre-development through construction, delivery, and closeout. This owner-side role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of related experience, a degree in a related field, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position is full-time and on-site in Dallas.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial real estate development, construction, architecture, engineering, or project management.
• Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction schedules, budgets, and contract documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with planning, coordination, and execution of commercial development projects.
• Maintain project schedules and track milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Prepare for and participate in project meetings and maintain logs and correspondence.
• Monitor progress with site visits and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
