Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years HR experience with 4+ years in corporate training and development.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or CPLP is highly preferred.

• Design and implement corporate training programs including leadership development, onboarding, compliance, and upskilling.
• Oversee LMS content, participation tracking, and program evaluation.
