Job summary

Earth Force is seeking a Director of Corporate Development to lead the company’s capital strategy, strategic finance, and high-priority corporate development opportunities. You will partner closely with the CEO, executive leadership, and the Board.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial and strategic judgment with intellectual curiosity and the ability to investigate complex opportunities, develop clear recommendations, and drive them through execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in corporate development or related fields.
• Experience interfacing with Boards of Directors and investors.
• Experience with capital formation and fundraising transactions.
• Strong financial modeling, scenario planning, and valuation skills.
• Ability to independently identify markets, technologies, and partnerships.
• Excellent communication with executive stakeholders.
• Track record translating insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital strategy and fundraising initiatives.
• Evaluate strategic opportunities and oversee financial due diligence.
• Collaborate with CEO, CFO, and Board to prioritize initiatives.
• Prepare materials for Boards and investors.
• Drive transactions from analysis through execution.
