Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Director of Accounting for a trusted client in the retail service space. The role reports to the Chief Accounting Officer and includes a couple of direct reports, with room for growth.

A public accounting background in Audit and a CPA are ideal, with responsibilities spanning supervision, liaison with auditors, ASC842 lease accounting, SOX compliance, and consolidations. Hybrid work schedule available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ progressive corporate accounting experience.
• Foundational or current public accounting experience within audit.
• CPA.
• Mid to large company experience.
• Annual discretionary bonus.
• Hybrid 1 day a week once trained and settled.
• 401(k) with match, immediately 100% vested.
• PTO.
