Job summary

BETH ISRAEL LAHEY HEALTH PERFORMANCE NETWORK, LLC is seeking a Director of Contracting to lead contract strategy, negotiation and execution with payers and providers. The role oversees legal review, policy compliance and contract tracking, reporting to the VP of Contracting.

You will guide risk sharing and align terms with payer strategy. The position requires advanced negotiation skills, strategic leadership, and a Bachelor's degree with 5–8 years of relevant experience and 1–3 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5–8 years related work experience required.
• 1–3 years supervisory/management experience required.
• Negotiation and Presentation skills required.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage contracts with payers and providers.
• Coordinate legal, finance and operational reviews of contracts.
• Develop risk sharing methodologies for hospitals and physicians.
• Lead contracting committees and prepare materials for senior leadership and Board.
• Monitor adherence to policies and contract terms.
