Job summary

TAPFIN, a ManpowerGroup company, seeks a Director of Delivery to lead the Contingent Workforce Solutions program for major clients. The role directs deployment, program management, and staff development to achieve client satisfaction and financial goals across multiple sites.

You will manage P&L, drive growth strategies and maintain deep client relationships while ensuring operational excellence and risk management in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 7 years of program management experience.
• 3 years of P&L and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages deployment and daily activities for major client(s).
• Oversees program management planning and execution with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Drives account management strategy and coordinates cross-functional teams to meet financial objectives.
• Hires, trains and manages staff with regard to VMS processes and reporting.
• Maintains knowledge of client businesses and market trends to reduce risk.
• Ensures SLAs and KPIs are met; conducts Quarterly Business Reviews.
