Job summary

Visa is seeking a Director, Content & Social to lead our content ecosystem across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will build scalable content programs, partner with creators, and deploy AI-enabled workflows to drive engagement and brand preference.

Reporting to the Senior Director, you will align with Brand, Media, and market teams, ensuring local relevance while scaling via repeatable frameworks and distribution strategies across markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.
• 12+ years of experience with advanced qualifications preferred.
• Deep expertise in content strategy, social media marketing, and creator partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Visa's content strategy across LAC.
• Develop platform-specific social media strategies and distribution plans.
• Own creator/influencer strategy with scalable activation playbooks.
• Lead AI-enabled content innovation to improve speed and personalization.
• Establish measurement frameworks for content performance and brand impact.
