DEPCOM Power seeks a Director of Construction to join the Project Delivery team. This role can be based remotely within the U.S. with 50% travel to project sites and the DEPCOM office as needed.

The ideal candidate will oversee multiple large-scale solar projects from inception through completion, with a strong background in project and construction management, team leadership, and stakeholder communication. The position is not eligible for VISA sponsorship.

Formación

• Construction experience building and leading teams.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with varying scopes and deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suites (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Proficient with project management software.
• Strong financial acumen with budget development and cost control.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and lead the execution of a portfolio of utility-scale solar projects, ensuring safety, schedule, cost, and quality commitments.
• Provide strategic oversight on contracting strategy, subcontractor and self-perform execution models, and schedule risk management.
• Mentor and develop the team through PBM frameworks and regular feedback.
• Drive safety, environmental stewardship, accountability, and continuous improvement across projects.
• Support budget development, monitor expenditures, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Provide transparent updates on project performance, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
