Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Director of Construction to lead complex commercial projects in collaboration with regional leadership. The role focuses on safety, schedule, budget, and quality, with SOP development for safety, planning, and quality control, and mentoring site teams.

Applicants should have 15+ years of experience in large-scale construction, leadership experience, and a proven change-management record, with travel between sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years managing large, complex commercial construction projects with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Proven track record of leading organizational change and development.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage diverse teams.
• Experience with ENR Top 100 GC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with VP IS Delivery to implement strategic goals.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance across sites.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Develop and enforce quality control standards and procedures.
• Lead field operations team and mentor site leaders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain pace and quality.
• Represent company at industry events and client meetings.
• Drive operational efficiency through standardized processes and technology.
