Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 15+ years leading large commercial construction projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of change management and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align field operations with regional leadership and SVP goals.
• Enforce safety policies, OSHA compliance, and quality controls.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
