Job summary

Ilocatum seeks a Director of Construction Management to lead a remote Northeast portfolio delivering ESPC, HVAC retrofit, and energy infrastructure projects. You will oversee PMs, manage a $100M+ portfolio, and drive profitability with senior leadership.

Based in the Northeast or New England, you’ll influence audits, estimates, and negotiations while guiding a distributed team. Senior leadership and significant portfolio ownership are yours.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction management or project delivery leadership.
• Experience managing managers.
• Construction PM background in MEP, building automation, energy management, or ESCO.
• $100M+ portfolio and P&L management.
• Based in the Northeast or New England (VA and PA through Maine).

• Lead PMs and construction leaders delivering ESPC, HVAC retrofit, and energy infrastructure projects.
• Own portfolio profitability, forecasting, and cash flow with executive leadership.
