Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in commercial construction lending, underwriting, real estate lending, or portfolio management.
• Experience with construction lending at a commercial bank or financial institution preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial credit analysis and construction financing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction loan origination and underwriting with Relationship Managers.
• Evaluate budgets, costs, and project feasibility against credit standards.
• Monitor loans, renewals, annual reviews, and risk in the portfolio.
• Prepare loan analyses and CAMs for approvals and coordinate with fund control.
