Job summary

We Search People are partnering with a long-standing Commercial General Contractor in Philadelphia to hire a Director of Construction. This senior role oversees multiple commercial projects and leads Project Managers, Superintendents and project teams.

The role focuses on delivering projects safely, on schedule and within budget, while managing financials, schedules and risk, and building strong client relationships to support growth and strategic pursuits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong General Contractor background.
• Previous Senior PM, Project Executive, Operations Manager or Director-level experience.
• Proven ability to lead multiple project teams.
• Strong knowledge of project financials, contracts, scheduling and construction operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ohio construction experience is advantageous but not essential.

We Search People are working with an established and growing Commercial General Contractor in Philadelphia that is looking to hire a Director of Construction.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced construction professional who can oversee multiple commercial projects, lead high-performing teams and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

The Role -

As Director of Construction, you will provide leadership and operational oversight across multiple commercial projects while managing and developing Project Managers, Superintendents and project teams.
