Job summary

Airswift seeks a seasoned construction leader to oversee large-scale Blue and Green Ammonia projects, guiding site activities from mobilization through handover. You will direct multidisciplinary teams, EPC contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure safe, on-time delivery and cost-effective results.

Role requires 18+ years in industrial/petrochemical construction, with proven leadership of diverse teams and full experience through mechanical completion, commissioning, and startup phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline)
• 18+ years of experience managing large-scale industrial or petrochemical construction projects
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary construction teams and contractors
• Experience through mechanical completion, commissioning, and startup phases

Job description

We're seeking a seasoned construction leader to oversee the execution of large-scale Blue and Green Ammonia projects, leading all site activities from mobilization through mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and handover.

The client is happy to accept candidates with petrochemical, chemicals, O&G, LNG and methanol background. Ammonia experience is a plus.

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving safe, on-time, and cost-effective project delivery while managing multidisciplinary construction teams, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and key stakeholders across engineering, procurement, commissioning, operations, HSE, and quality.
