MatchBuilt is an executive search firm partnering with a growing regional home builder seeking a Director of Construction to lead its Northeast Florida construction operations. The role is based in the Amelia Island area, working from a home office and on site where the homes are being built.
Reporting to the Vice President of Construction, this leader owns project execution, financial performance, schedule, quality, safety, and customer results across every active and planned community in the division.
The portfolio centers on luxury homes in the $1M+ range, roughly 20 homes a year, with room to grow toward more production-level volume over time.
You need a strong background leading construction teams at a production, regional, or luxury homebuilder. Only candidates with relevant homebuilding experience will be considered. Local and relocating candidates will be considered.
You will lead a growing Florida division with the backing of an established regional builder, with real influence over how it scales.
