Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead conflict checking and process improvement across the firm.
• Stay current on ethics requirements across jurisdictions.
• Train and mentor conflicts staff and related teams.
• Oversee budgets and department projects to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with Business Intake, HR, Recruiting, and other groups.
