You will translate accreditation and regulatory expectations into practical processes across the university, partnering with leaders to ensure accuracy and robust documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in compliance, accreditation, or regulatory affairs in higher education.
• Working knowledge of federal and state higher education regulations and accreditation standards.
• Experience supporting accreditation reviews, regulatory reporting, and ongoing compliance monitoring.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building with faculty, staff, leaders, and external partners.
• Exceptional attention to detail and thorough documentation.

Aufgaben

• Lead marketing and communications compliance by reviewing materials for accreditation alignment.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and annual filings for accrediting bodies.
• Develop and deliver training for academic leaders and staff.
• Oversee student conduct and grievance processes with fair outcomes.
• Monitor state authorization and distance education compliance.
• Conduct compliance reviews and audits of student services.
• Coordinate privacy and data compliance with IT, Legal, and Enrollment.
• Support FERPA compliance with the Registrar's Office.
• Translate regulatory changes into actionable guidance and training.
• Partner with campus leaders to identify risks and improve processes.
• Maintain clear documentation for accreditation readiness.
