Herzing University is seeking an Associate Director of Academic Compliance to provide central support to location and program leaders in the area of academic compliance. You will execute regulatory initiatives, maintain knowledge of regulatory standards, and promote regulatory readiness across the University.

Responsibilities include resource development, coordinating accreditation submissions, training, and ensuring timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three-years of experience in Academic Compliance and/or Regulatory Affairs.
• Minimum of five-years of experience in a higher education environment.

Responsabilités

• Execute academic compliance initiatives in alignment with the University Strategic Plan.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and accreditation standards; develop resources for navigating regional/programmatic variations.
• Provide training on regulatory standards to university constituents.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and advisory board documentation with location and program leadership.
• Represent the compliance team during visits/meetings and support travel arrangements as needed.
